Carpetime is an A+ quality company. We are very pleased with our new carpet at a fair price. The owner's son (Brian Primack) was such a pleasure to work with. Brian is a very honest, trustworthy man of integrity that had our best interests when choosing the right carpet. His carpet installers Ray and Brad were great to work with, they were very professional during their installation and had our carpet installed within hours. We Highly recommend Carpetime.

What a great experience. Brian, the owner's son was extremely helpful and educational regarding the style and quality of carpet to both maximize our budget while still having amazingly plush carpet. Plus, Brian brings his beagle store mascot to visit his customers while visiting the showroom. The installers, particularly, Ray, were the utmost professional, efficient, and did a perfect installation on our new carpet. It's like a brand new house. Highly recommend. Thanks Carpetime team, excellent across the board.

Excellent experience, went there after checking out larger stores and found better value and choices. Didn’t ask to charge for estimate. They were not pushy or call me and email me daily. The insulation was smooth and quick. Thanks for your help Brian. We will be back in the spring for additional purchase.

We wanted to buy local. It didn't turn out as we had hoped. Waited 4 months for luxury vinyl plank flooring. Defective flooring installed. Removed half after pointing out the seams looked different. Left us to live a week with nails sticking out holding remaining defective floor in place, that needed to come out anyway. When I asked why Carpetime didn't call to inform us the luxury vinyl plank floor was defective? I was informed by salesperson that they receive defective floor every week! Very poor customer service. No prices posted making it difficult to make a selection. After the hassle with the first defective floor installed, they lay like planks end to end.
