    Tracy and the Elsass team, I want to give a huge thank you to ELSASS Heating and Cooling for the fantastic job they did! Their entire team is top-notch, and the two workers who installed my furnace were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth. Doug was outstanding with his pricing and truly went above and beyond compared to other dealers. I really appreciate the family-friendly service and the extra effort he put in to make sure everything was perfect! ELSASS’s Christian core values were evident throughout the process. You were very understanding of my financial situation. You provided the best quality product and premium service without trying to sell me on excess products nonessential to the install. I will definitely use your business in the future and recommend you to all my friends. Thank you all again for the excellent work!

    Brandon Elsass was amazing! We had a Sunday emergency with our heater and he was here within one hour of our call. The heater is working, he was honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you!

    Do NOT recommend…unless you are glued to your phone and have the volume on 100% and never miss a call...Wish there was a zero star option for customer service. We made the appointment with Elsass to take a look at our furnace that’s only been heating to 60 before turning off. I spoke to a very nice women on 2/18 when making the appointment for the very next day - 2/19. She said that they “would call when the HVAC guy was on their way.” Today, the morning of, I missed a call at 8:11 am while getting our kids all ready for school and dropping them off. The voicemail was from a different woman named Tracy that said: “Hello, this is Tracy. I'm calling about the intermittent no heat appointment. If you can please call us back to confirm that we can head out there. Our guy would be out there between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. today, um, but I need you to call me back in the next 15 minutes to confirm. If I don't hear from you in the next 15 minutes we'll have to reschedule.” When I got the missed call at 8:11 and called back FIFTEEN minutes later - they had canceled the appointment. Who does that?! Who calls and doesn’t give a person time to call back to confirm? A 15 minute window when I made the appointment the day before? They had said between 9-11 am so it’s not like I didn’t have a few minutes to get back to her. Completely ridiculous. It’s 10 degrees outside, we have two small children and a dog and when originally making the appointment THE DAY BEFORE, I was told they’d call when on the way out. Again, don’t use them if you ever miss a call on your phone. So disappointment if the lack of empathy, service and misscommunication on their side. When a person tells you they will call when on their way, that does not mean they give you 15 minutes before canceling an appointment.

    I was saddened to read the 1-star review of this company, posted a few months ago. The property described in that review was/is a rental property. I was the tenant that was residing in that property at the time. There is another side to the story, and I feel morally obligated to supply some additional info. That earlier 1-star review begins with a complaint about calling Elsass on a Friday and Elsass not sending a tech out until the following Tuesday. To give proper context: We were in the middle of a massive heat wave. All contractors were incredibly busy. My landlord, who claimed to have 10+ properties, had NO existing relationships with HVAC contractors. Therefore, he was not exactly anyone's priority when he started calling for emergency service in the middle of such a scenario. When the tech came out on Tuesday and assessed the situation, he then discussed the part(s) needed with my landlord. I did not overhear the entire conversation, but did overhear my landlord asking if he could use a coupon from the Elsass website and/or use a military discount. So, he was not an existing customer, we were in the middle of a huge heat wave, and his concern was for obtaining discounted services. I don't know about the Elsass team, but if it were my business, such a potential client would move to the bottom of my priority list. Dale (the tech mentioned) was extremely polite and professional. He commented on the thermostat in question. It was an outdated (mercury/analog) style that hasn't been installed in homes for many years. He hadn't even seen one installed in a long time. (This landlord could have installed an updated thermostat years ago, but of course he never did that.) There are several more details to this story, but suffice to say that I seriously doubt that Elsass was "dishonest" as was described. From my perspective, they were dealing with an impossible client, in an impossible situation, as best they could.

    This is a wonderful family own business who are dedicated to providing excellent service. They communicate well, are professional, kind, courteous, and when they arrive they are hard at work. Brandon Elsass replaced our furnance and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to meet our needs. If you are considering which heating and cooling company to use I highly reccomend giving them a call. It’s very rare now a days to find a company who would take pride in their work and have good work ethics, but if you call Elsass Heating and Cooling company you will find it with them!
