We had a great experience with FCI getting carpet installed in our office. From the first phone call, the estimate with Jason, working out the details with Pam in the office, and the installers installing our new carpet, everything was seamless. The installers worked fast and the final product looks great.
We just completed our project with Floor Coverings International. Jason was able to get us scheduled so quickly to let us look at samples in our space and we appreciated how he wasn't pushy about a sale at all. He genuinely wanted us to get our carpet and love it. Brought lots of options and even scheduled a second meeting with us to look at the samples again. Very communicative and once we ordered the carpet, install was scheduled for a week later. His installers were early and completed the job faster than anticipated, which was so appreciated! We did a final walk through and Jason brought us a packet with care instructions and a gift of coffee. We had a great experience with Jason and Floor Coverings and will likely be using them again in the future.
