    I had a whole house deep clean scheduled last minute for the day before our move in date on a house that was recently remodeled, so it had a ton of dust, spiderwebs, dirt, ect. I made the company aware of the state of the house before they came. I did the walk through with the two cleaners and explained that I wanted light fixtures, inside and outside of kitchen cabinets, all trim work, windows, floors, ect. cleaned. I paid $700!!!!!! to have the entire house cleaned only to have to go back over EVERYTHING after we moved in. These pictures are after they cleaned and I spent $700. I would never have paid that much for a cleaning unless I expected it to be spotless after. I called the company and explained and showed pictures to them only to have them tell me they don't do refunds of any amount. I wasn't asking for all of my money back but expected some, because these pictures definitely don't show $700 worth of cleaning. Very disappointed in the services I received!!!

    I recently hired this cleaning service from my home and couldn’t be more impressed with the results from start to finish. The experience was exceptional. The team arrived promptly in conduct themselves with professionalism and courtesy. They paid meticulous attention to detail, sharing every nook and cranny was spotless not only did they meet my expectations, but they exceeded them. The level of cleanliness achieved was truly remarkable. Leaving my home, looking and feeling refreshed I appreciated the efficiency in the thrown of the work. Overall I highly recommend the cleaning service anyone need of a reliable, top-notch clean experience.

    It was wonderful to have my house cleaned first, by people who did not mind my animals, second, they listened, attentively, to what I wanted. From the phone call to the end of the cleaning,e is happy, cooperative, and professional l They were efficient and did not take smoke or numerous phone breaks. ( Problems I have had with past services). It has been close to a week and I can still smell the clean and no dust build up! That says something with fur babies, a parrot, and living next to the freeway! Well worth the money and the same amount I was paying for one person who took all day and still did not get it all done! I recommend them 💯!! July 6, 2020 After the first cleaning they were really good. I was very pleased. After that there was a different cleaning crew that came each time. Basically because of the fact that there was cleaning that was supposed to be done that was not. In all fairness to maid to satisfy they did try to fix the problem by sending another crew out. (My house is not fancy by any means, but with what they charge and offer, I expected the house to be cleaned. I do not make as much and hour as they charge! ) When they did this we sat another time up and they had a two hour time limit as to when they would arrive. while it was getting close to the end of the two-hours and I needed to get ready to leave for work, in calling to cancell and to rearrange a differrnt day, I was told I would need to pay a $75 cancellation fee which I did because I really needed to get to work. I was not leaving my house unlock or have people in my home I do not know. Each visit, I thanked them, and even took two rooms off for them to clean, so they have plenty of time to clean, after they left, one could see what was not done. I did not hover, I was outside doing my work. The manager was there twice to supervise. Management told me that the time spent was till the job was completed. They were usually present about 60 to 90 minutes. Their cleaning was not what we agreed on. I thought maybe I needed to clarified, sent an email what I wanted done, and to let me know if there would be a change in price. No price changes were made. I never received a copy of the original work order even after requesting it. All communication was by text or email. I sent them pictures of the incomplete work and tried to work it out, but it got to the point where I was not satisfied with the cleaning and the service were not what was contracted. . On the surface, looks great, when you looked it was not. They do not sweep under beds, nor under surfaces that are easy to do. They swept/washed what could be seen. Even with asking them to do so , they did not. They also left used gloves and equipment in the house. To this date, they have not called to pick up their equipment after messages to do do. The last time I approached management , there was no support. I became frustrated and cancelled, then when I tried to fixed and apologized for bring rash, they said you cancelled, sorry. Be advised if you sign their contract and you decide to cancel ,they will charge you the amount due for the year plus a little over $600 to collect that money, when they turn you into a collection agency. They will not work out a deal or payments. They send you staight to collections. So please be very sure that you want them to clean for you and don't sign the contract unless you really want to or you are going to be paying like I am! Yes I will be seeking legal assistance. These are a samples of the pictures I have taken since I started with them on May 2020.

    They came and cleaned my son’s room yesterday and did an amazing job. I have MS and I am unable to do a thorough cleaning anymore and things got out of hand in there. I cannot say enough good words about how well they did scrubbing it down!!
