Great customer service, greeted with a smile. Very helpful on picking out a good carpet. They had me scheduled for installation a week after purchase and the installer showed up on time and was very nice. They removed our old carpet for a very reasonable price. He was courteous of our home and did a great job laying the carpet. I am extremely satisfied with the look and feel of what I purchased. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I highly recommend this business. Great job all the way around. Thank you

I’d like to have given a better review due to the communication and issues we have had I cannot.
Perry floors did 1 room in our house and it looked great so we had them do the additional 2 bedrooms. That is where the issues lie. After they left we noticed extremely noticeable seams where the carpet connected. They came back out to “fix” it after and did a very poor job. They left carpet trash and debris ALL over my house. My family even commented how unprofessional it was and couldn’t believe it.
2 years later I notice in my daughters room that the carpet is lifted INCHES off of the ground in two spots. I reach out to the owner who directs me to the man who did the poor job from the beginning. The man comes out and tries to fix the issue, which is partially my fault because my husband wasn’t aware of what was needed and I wasn’t home. The carpet was still lifted so I reached back out to get a response of “The only thing I can think is maybe it's the subfloor popped again. We try to staple it down the best we can. Whoever did it before put it in too tight. That wasn't on us. We tried to help fix that on our own dime and I don't know if I come back out and check it out and it's nothing on me. I'm going to have to charge you” .. the carpet in my house prior to this job was the original carpet that was put in when it was built.
Moral of the story. Go with heritage carpet or someone better. They may be more expensive but I learned my lesson on this one.

Perry flooring did an amazing job. Very reliable. Answered all emails & phone calls promptly. Our new carpet looks amazing. Installers were great as well.
