I am a contractor. All of the people at Statecrest are awesome except the guy that runs the Canton branch- Rocco. He is zero help. When you take a customer in to show flooring he is rude and unhelpful. he can virtually answer no questions and wants to refer you to your rep for the most basic questions. If you call with a question he usually just answers hello. like he is at home. He has zero customer service skills. And apparently zero product knowledge also. Cant look for anything or answer a question. Everyone that works there knows it too.
