I brought my truck in for Todd to do some custom labor not one of their normal service offerings but his expertise could deliver. (and did He) It's amazing to find such a dedicated Team of professionals to handle all my service needs not only for myself but I trust them to send my daughter's vehicles there as well. Headed back for more work since they have earned my business for life. The absolute best around.

I never have any problems at the North Canton Tire Choice location.. the staff is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, and the prices for parts and services always seem fair.. what more could a guy ask for..?

Very disappointed with this location’s service on Main St. I had an awful experience last time I had an oil change done at this location. After the oil change was done, the bottom piece of my car (the shield) was not fully secure w the bolt and one side fell to the ground and scrapped while driving; very unsafe! When I had brought it back in last time, the technician put the blame on me saying I must have hit a curb or a driveway and that there was no way they could have not secured it properly. Well, I had an appointment today for an oil change and gave them another shot; I felt that it was a one time incident and should be ok this time. Unfortunately, just under 2 hours later, the same piece under my car fell down and was scraping against the ground while I was driving!! I called right away and spoke to Shane the assistant manager. He did not show me any empathy or regret on while had happened this time around. He kept saying that I would have to drive my car back to have it looked at and secured. I had stated that I do not feel comfortable with driving under the condition of how my car is and explained in detail my past experience and this experience. I also told him that driving my car under this condition would further mess up and scrape my car part that is touching the ground. I asked that a refund be done due the issue and Shane automatically said no. I then asked that Mark the store manager give me a call so I can speak further about my compliant. Shane gave me push back on that request by saying he is the assistant manager. I want to further my complaint whether that is the the store manager or further up. This is unacceptable service on my car and how I was treated when calling in about my concern. It’s hard to find a trust worthy especially involving a car. I have added photos to show what my concern was about.

DANGER: Do not take your vehicle here! This place charged me for unnecessary work on my car and did not make my vehicle look proper as it should like the factory made model. The work that they did is considered a PRANK and a CRIME in my personal opinion. The work brought down the value of my vehicle. They also did NOT fix my immediate engine issue. They were incapable of that task. The whole entire experience was horrible and one big disappointment. Also, doing business here was like throwing hundreds of dollars into the trash.
