Waterloo Transmission, on the other hand, had no problem taking it in and getting the job done quickly and professionally.
They didn’t try to upsell me or claim there were additional issues—just a straightforward fix at a fair price. The final cost was exactly what was needed, nothing more. Honest, reliable, and highly skilled—Waterloo Transmission has earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing quality work! +

Great customer service! Very attentive to my concerns. I highly recommend this shop for your transmission needs. This shop does not try to get over on you. Tom at the Canton location was very honest. TheTransmission is one of the most neglected areas of the vehicle we just get in and drive not maintaining is our fault and when failure happens we look for others to blame and its not right. This business has serviced two of my vehicles with one being a transmission swap for a remanufactured one again my fault not theirs. Take your vehicle here get it serviced follow the recommendations if they can save your existing transmission.

Justin and his team did an awesome job for us. After driving from Sebastian, fl to Canton, our transmission went out . In less than 4 days they had diagnosed the problem, ordered in a new transmission, and had it installed. We were able to leave on schedule for home. Thanks again to Justin and his team for a great job.

️/5 he was so sweet. he explained everything to me in a way that i could better understand what was wrong with my car. he was patient while i asked questions and made sure that before i left i understood what was wrong and what caused it. he was quick with fixing it even tho i messed my car up bad. less then a week later i got my car, he stayed in contact the whole time and would call to give little updates on it so we felt like we were still in the loop. i never write reviews because i can normally find something wrong with places that work on cars but i genuinely don’t think i could say one bad things about this place. will never go anywhere but here to get my car worked on again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
